Volunteer centre and social prescribing service connecting Braintree District residents to community groups, walks, dementia and carer support.
Community360 is a charity helping people connect with community life across mid and north Essex through projects including My Social Prescription, Community Roots, Connecting Communities transport and Shopmobility, and a hospital discharge service. In 2024-25 the My Social Prescription team made 2,387 referrals, volunteers gave 30,243 hours and the transport service delivered over 30,000 social trips and brought 1,800+ patients home from hospital. Anyone can self-refer or be referred by a professional, and there is also a Macmillan Cancer Support partnership.
