Compass Recovery College, run by Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, offers free co-produced education courses on mental health and wellbeing — from anxiety management to creative writing, sleep, relationships and peer recovery. Delivered in Reading, Wokingham, West Berkshire and online; students enrol once and can join multiple courses.
