Newham infrastructure organisation supporting community groups with funding, capacity building and research.
Compost London is the voluntary and community sector infrastructure body for Newham, based at the Passmore Edwards Building, 207 Plashet Grove, London E6 1BX. It works with UCL Institute for Global Prosperity and Newham Council on the Community Research Network and runs the Nourish Fund for small or new groups, plus the Evaluation Exchange and Newham ESOL Exchange. By the end of 2025 the team had supported 324 organisations and held 692 one-to-one sessions.
