Connect Well East Kent is a free social prescribing platform managed by Social Enterprise Kent across Ashford, Canterbury and the wider East Kent area. Community Navigators offer non-medical support for anyone over 55 or for adults with complex needs, helping with practical issues like managing money and benefits, staying safe at home, filling in forms and getting through assessments, alongside emotional support.
