Connection Support delivers seven services across Buckinghamshire from its Aylesbury office (01296 484322), including Bearbrook Place supported accommodation, the One Recovery Bucks substance use service, RESET, Rough Sleeper Outreach, SafeHaven+, Tenancy Sustainment Service and the Thrive wellbeing programme. The team partners with Buckinghamshire Council, Buckinghamshire Mind and Oxford Health to prevent homelessness and support independence.
