Cora Health provides the Mid and South Essex Community MSK and Pain Service, offering specialist assessment and treatment for musculoskeletal conditions and persistent pain. Self-referral is available online via PhysioNow (phio.eql.ai/provider/physionow2) for adults aged 18 and over. Common conditions include spinal pain, osteoarthritis, muscle and ligament injuries and recovery from fractures or surgery. If unable to self-refer online, patients can call 01268 904102. A family member or friend can also refer on the patient's behalf providing their name, date of birth, address and NHS number.

Not suitable for: This service is for adults aged 18 and over who are registered with a GP in Mid or South Essex. It cannot help with broken bones that need hospital treatment, flare-ups of inflammatory arthritis, or pain caused by cancer — those need to be seen by a hospital or specialist team.
