County Durham Foodbanks Spennymoor centre runs from St Pauls Centre on Whitworth Terrace each Friday morning. Volunteers hand out three days of emergency food parcels, fuel vouchers and a friendly chat. The team also points people towards debt and benefits advice locally so they can address the underlying causes of crisis. A referral voucher from a partner agency is required.
