NHS talking therapies service offering free CBT and counselling for anxiety, depression and stress.
NHS Talking Therapies for Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull, run by Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust, offers free psychological therapy to anyone aged 16+ registered with a GP in the patch. Support covers low mood, anxiety, stress, panic, phobias, PTSD and depression. People can self-refer online or be referred by a GP. The telephone and referral centre is at Wayside House, Wilsons Lane, Longford, Coventry CV6 6NY, open Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm.
