Local Mind charity covering Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire with crisis Sanctuaries, Good Life groups and discharge buddies.
CPSL Mind supports adults in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire. The Good Life service offers community-based wellbeing groups, weekly Good Mood Cafes online and in local cafes, and peer support. Other strands include Qwell online support, mental health crisis support, the WorkWell programme, support for parents and a Stop Smoking specialist service. Who they help: Adults experiencing low mood, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, isolation or post-crisis recovery
Eligibility: Adults aged 18+ living in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire with mental health needs.
Area covered: Cambridgeshire and Peterborough
Not suitable for: Sanctuary access is via NHS First Response Service (111 option 2) and is for adults 18+ only. Children and young people should contact Centre 33 or YoungMinds. People needing urgent medical care should call 999.
