Cruse Bereavement Support runs a free local peer-support group for bereaved adults at The Link, Trinity Methodist Church, Rainsford Road, Chelmsford, on the 1st, 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month from 10:30am to 12:30pm. Cruse is a national bereavement charity with over 80 local branches; demand is high and waiting lists for one-to-one support are longer than usual, so people are encouraged to call the national Helpline on 0808 808 1677 in the meantime, or Samaritans on 116 123 if they need urgent emotional support.
