The East Kent with Swale branch of Cruse Bereavement Support is based at Jagow House, Millstrood Road, Whitstable CT5 3PS. Trained volunteers offer free, confidential one-to-one telephone or Zoom support to people of any age struggling with loss. The main local number is 0300 011 3300, with separate helplines for Swale (07999 362322) and East Kent (07507 656023). All helplines have a 24-hour answerphone for callbacks.
