Cruse Bereavement Support's Southend and District Branch has 25 trained volunteers providing free one-to-one bereavement support to help adults and children through grief. They also run a fortnightly friendship group.

Eligibility: Bereaved adults and children
Area covered: South East Essex
Not suitable for: This service is for people who have been bereaved and who live in Southend, Shoeburyness, Leigh, Benfleet, Canvey Island or Rochford. It is not available for issues that are not about bereavement, or for people who live outside this area.
