It offers free confidential one-to-one counselling, bereavement support, a Be You parent and carer programme, and Community Link Workers who deliver social prescribing in partnership with Wansbeck PCN. The team works Monday to Friday 9am-4:30pm, with the last counselling appointment at 3:30pm. Cygnus is not a crisis team; it signposts to urgent help when needed.
