Sage House in Tangmere near Chichester (City Fields Way, PO20 2FP) brings dementia services together under one roof. Wayfinders give free advice to people with dementia, carers and families. Day Breaks offer trusted respite, Daisys Cafe provides a dementia-friendly meeting place and on-site care includes hairdressing and therapeutic treatments. Twice-daily activities cover art, music, movement, mindfulness and memory sharing. There is a Smart Zone of dementia-friendly tech, a sensory garden and outreach in Emsworth, Witterings and Rustington.
