Derbyshire Mind is the independent local mental health charity for Derby city and Derbyshire county. They run weekend crisis drop-ins in Buxton, Ripley and Swadlincote for people in emotional distress, plus a Supported Self Help one-to-one programme. Group activities include MindSpace walk-and-talk sessions, Rookie Runners, Mindful Crafts, hill walks and movement classes. People can self-refer through the website or phone, with no formal diagnosis needed.
