developmentplus is a Lincoln-based community development charity supporting people across the city and surrounding areas since 1997. Their projects include A Step in the Right Direction (1-to-1 coaching to identify and reach personal goals), Bridging the Gap (resettlement for men and women released from prison into Lincoln), Better Together (mentoring and group sessions for people with poor mental health) and Project Compass (homelessness advocacy). They support around 500 people each year with confidence, wellbeing and connection to specialist help.
