County-wide infrastructure charity supporting Dorset community groups, social enterprises and volunteers with advice, training and funding.
Dorset Community Action supports more than 3,000 voluntary and community organisations across the county, from village halls to rural service hubs. They offer funding application advice, governance and compliance support, accredited training, leadership coaching and NEET coaching for young people. The team also runs GreenCare environmental projects, community-led health workshops, and affordable rural housing initiatives.
