County-wide mental health charity offering peer support, counselling, workshops and crisis drop-ins for adults and young people across Dorset and BCP.
Dorset Mind is part of the national Mind network and provides mental health support across the county. Adults aged 18+ can access one-to-one and group support, while young people aged 10-18 have dedicated sessions and the Waiting Well programme for those on NHS waiting lists, which has helped over 450 young people so far. Parents, carers and people in crisis are also supported. Free safety-planning guides, 5 Ways to Wellbeing resources and cost of living help are available online.
