Recovery from addiction charity in Nottinghamshire supporting people through peer mentoring, training and employment.
Double Impact supports adults recovering from drug, alcohol and gambling addiction across Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. The peer-led team offers individual keyworker support, group recovery programmes, mental health peer support, substance misuse pathways and the Time Out Gambling Project. Recovery Connectors with lived experience help people move into education, volunteering and work. Cafe Sobar in Nottingham acts as a social hub with food, events and a sober venue for hire. Training courses are also provided for partner organisations.
