Dudley CVS Integrated Plus is a social prescribing service that helps Dudley borough residents improve wellbeing by connecting them to local services and community activities. The aim is to reduce isolation and help people cope with everyday challenges. Referrals go through your GP surgery rather than direct self-referral.
