One-to-one advice and emotional support for unpaid family carers across County Durham.
Durham County Carers Support provides free, confidential help for anyone in County Durham who looks after a family member or friend who is unwell, disabled or older. They offer one-to-one support visits, carers assessments, training, peer groups and a young carers service (The Bridge) for ages 5 to 24. Support is available face to face, by phone, text or online and tailored to each carers needs.
