Supported housing and floating support for young people in East Cleveland.
East Cleveland Youth Housing Trust supports young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness across Loftus, Skelton, Saltburn and Guisborough. Services include supported accommodation, floating support, life-skills training, advocacy and signposting to health, education and employment. The team is the lead youth housing provider in East Cleveland and works closely with social services and Citizens Advice.
