Mental health charity offering wellbeing groups in Canterbury and Thanet.
East Kent Mind is part of Mind in Bexley and East Kent, founded in 1986. The team are based at 34 King Street, Ramsgate CT11 8NT and offer free one-to-one support sessions to help people make positive changes, plus wellbeing activities such as creative art, book clubs and gardening sessions at the Kent Community Oasis Garden. They also run Mental Health First Aid training, suicide prevention awareness, a Veterans Project and financial wellbeing guidance. Phone 01843 319193.

Not suitable for: Not a crisis service; not equipped to provide therapy for severe mental illness alone.
