Free adult cycling courses for Essex residents including learn to ride, confidence building and advanced sessions.
Essex County Council offers free adult cycling courses for anyone who has never learned to cycle or wants to build confidence. Courses are delivered by qualified instructors and include: 1-to-1 Beginners Learn to Ride (up to four 45-minute sessions), 1-to-1 Confidence Building (one 2-hour session) and 1-to-1 Advanced (one 2-hour session). All sessions are free for adults and take place outdoors at suitable locations across Essex.
