Free employment support for people with physical disabilities or mental ill health who are out of work, helping them find and keep a job.
Employ-Ability is a specialist employment support charity working with people experiencing physical disabilities and mental ill health who are unemployed. The Employment Support service provides mentoring, encouragement, CV writing, job search assistance, interview preparation, skills training and volunteering opportunities. Employ-Ability also champions good mental health in the workplace by working in partnership with employers. Available in Essex.
