Epilepsy Action is the UKs leading epilepsy charity. The free Helpline on 0808 800 5050 offers information and emotional support, with health questions also taken by email at health@epilepsy.org.uk. Local in-person and virtual support groups, one-to-one peer befriending and a Discord community connect people. Free online epilepsy training is open to everyone. Specialist resources cover families, children, young adults and people with learning disabilities. Open to anyone affected by epilepsy across the UK.
