Door-to-door Dial-a-Ride and social car scheme for people who can't use public transport in Epping Forest and Harlow.
Epping and Harlow Community Transport (EFCT) covers Epping Forest and Harlow District. Services include Social Car and Dial-a-Ride door-to-door journeys, bus routes, the HI Bus in Harlow, DaRT demand responsive transport and group bookings for voluntary and community groups. It helps people with restricted mobility or those in isolated areas not served by regular buses. Individual membership is £15 a year, groups £25 (HI Bus and DaRT free).
