Equality Action is a Loughborough-based charity founded in 1969 working across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. The team handles around 30 casework appointments a week on debt, welfare benefits, housing and immigration. Other support includes NHS Talking Therapies referrals, wellbeing and physical activity programmes, employment support and mentorship. Women-only sessions cover employment, mentoring and exercise.
