Equality Together is a disability-led charity based at Manningham Mills Community Centre in Bradford. They support disabled people, carers and families with information and advice, self and group advocacy, equipment hire including lightweight wheelchairs, the Manningham Wellbeing Hub, Holibreak+, the Carers Outreach Project and EDI training. They work with people who have complex health conditions linked to age, disability, sensory needs, learning disability and mental health across Bradford district and Craven.
