Stevenage Arts & Leisure Centre's free Healthy Hub offering GP exercise referral, community cafes, bereavement, dementia and menopause groups.
The Healthy Hub at Stevenage Arts and Leisure Centre, Lytton Way SG1 1LZ, is a one-stop shop for advice on health and wellbeing. The team opens Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (phone 01438 579390, email healthyhub@stevenage.gov.uk). Support covers mental health, physical activity, weight management, nutrition with recipes, parenting, stopping smoking, cancer and caring. Out of hours, the Wellbeing Team (01438 843322), Crisis Team (01438 723399) and Mind in Mid Herts (03303 208100) take calls.
