Friendly sessions for retired and semi-retired people in Shrewsbury - exercise, walking football, quizzes and coffee mornings.
The Extra Time Hub is run by Shrewsbury Town Foundation from The Croud Meadow, Oteley Road, Shrewsbury SY2 6ST. Coffee mornings run Tuesday and Thursday for retired and semi-retired people across Shropshire, with multi-sport, seated exercise, walking football, quizzes, games and guest speakers. Members get a monthly newsletter and access to a Facebook community. Sessions cost £4 each or £29 a month for both, while other activities are free. Walk and Talk sessions also run.
