FamilyLine offers free helpline, web chat, text and email support to adults aged 18+ on any aspect of family life, plus counselling.
FamilyLine, run by Family Action, is a free digital helpline for anyone aged 18+ feeling overwhelmed about family life. It is open Mon-Fri 9am-7pm on 0808 802 6666, with email familyline@family-action.org.uk, web chat and text 07537 404 282. Outside hours users can text FAMILYACTION to 85258 for 24/7 crisis support via Shout. A three-tier offer includes online resources, the helpline, and up to six counselling or ten befriending sessions.
