Social prescribing service for adults registered with Marshalls PCN GPs in Havering, connecting people to community support and activities.
Family Action delivers social prescribing for the Marshalls Primary Care Network in Havering. Adults aged 18 and over who are registered at New Medical Centre, Western Road Medical Centre or North St Medical Care can be referred by a GP for person-centred support. Link workers help people access community activities, peer groups, befriending, carer support, financial advice, arts, learning and physical activity. Referrals are professional only.
