Family Lives is a UK national charity offering support to anyone parenting a child of any age, on any aspect of family life
Family Lives, now part of Coram, supports anyone parenting a child of any age. The free confidential helpline on 0808 800 2222 runs Mon-Fri 9am-9pm and weekends 10am-3pm, with live chat in the same hours, WhatsApp on 07441 444125 and email at askus@coramfamilylives.org.uk. Topics include pregnancy, behaviour, bullying, school, separation, neurodivergence and family mental health. Online parenting courses, advice videos and a community forum are also available across England and Wales.
