Fat Macy's is a London social enterprise supporting people living in temporary accommodation into stable housing and employment. Its free hospitality and culinary training programme β run alongside its own restaurant and catering business in Shoreditch β gives participants a food hygiene qualification, one-to-one support, and access to grants including help with ID and a deposit or move-on grant. It is free of charge, including travel expenses, for all participants.

Who it's for
Who they help: People in temporary accommodation (hostels, hidden homelessness) across London.
Eligibility: People aged 18+ living in temporary accommodation anywhere in London β self-referral or via a key worker, council or charity.
Area covered: London
Not suitable for: For people living in temporary accommodation in London β training is delivered at the Shoreditch site, so participants need to be able to travel there (travel costs are reimbursed).
