Fibromyalgia Action UK is the national fibromyalgia charity offering a helpline, benefits line, free info packs and a UK-wide network of local groups
FMA UK is the UK national fibromyalgia charity, largely volunteer-run by people with lived experience. The National Helpline on 0300 999 3333 runs Mon-Fri 10am-4pm and a separate Benefits Helpline on 0300 999 0055 is open Mon, Wed and Fri 10am-12pm. Free information packs go to any UK address. Local groups across the UK are coordinated by Regional Coordinators, with a Facebook support group and WhatsApp peer support. Open to anyone in the UK affected by fibromyalgia.
