FIND (Families in Need) Ipswich
Advice: Money, Housing & Work · Charity/Voluntary Organisation · Ipswich
Ipswich-based Christian charity providing emergency food parcels, household goods, furniture and bedding to people in poverty across the area.
FIND (Families in Need) has supported Ipswich and surrounding areas for over 30 years, helping anyone in need regardless of faith or circumstance. The team of 80+ volunteers operates six days a week, distributing more than 5,000 emergency food parcels each year alongside personal-care items, furniture, bedding and other household essentials. People in crisis cannot self-refer and should ask a partner agency such as a school, health visitor or housing officer to make contact. The charity is currently recruiting volunteer drivers for collections and deliveries.
