Find Your Active Place Navigators offer free personalised support to Brentwood residents who are new to physical activity, nervous about starting, or unsure what activity would suit them. Place Navigators provide a helping hand to remove barriers to getting active, give advice on suitable local activities, and support residents to take their first steps. Particularly useful for those with health conditions, low confidence or who have not exercised for a long time.
