Free 24/7 helpline, refuge and outreach for adults and children affected by domestic abuse in Plymouth.
First Light is the operating name of First Light South West Ltd (charity number 1090457) and delivers the Plymouth Domestic Abuse Support Service in partnership with Plymouth City Council. Alongside safety planning, refuge accommodation, IDVA court support and recovery work with children, the wider charity runs sexual violence therapy and counselling, and the HappyHealthyLove programme for young people. Survivors, friends and professionals can request help through the online referral portal, and every page has a quick Exit Site button for safety.
