First Stop Darlington runs a town centre Advice Centre and Wellbeing Hub for people aged 16+ experiencing homelessness, poverty, unemployment or major life events. The team supports clients with housing, benefits, debt, mental health, ID documents, food and clothing, and helps them plan next steps. Volunteers and staff offer practical free facilities and activities to help people move forward. The freephone line is open during opening hours.
