Salisbury leisure centre running community wellbeing and exercise referral programmes for adults with long-term conditions.
Five Rivers Health and Wellbeing Centre at Hulse Road, Salisbury SP1 3NR is Salisburys main community leisure centre, run by Wiltshire Council about a 15 minute walk from the city centre. Facilities include a swimming pool, large gym, squash courts, cycle studio and sports hall. The Active Health exercise on referral programme supports adults with long-term conditions or recovery needs once they are referred by a health professional via the GP referral page. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 6am-10pm, Saturday 7am-5pm and Sunday 7am-10pm. Phone 01722 434760.
