FRANK is the national drug information and advice service for England and Wales. The free, confidential helpline on 0300 123 6600 is open 24/7, with email and SMS to 82111 also available. Trained advisors give honest information on individual drugs, slang names, risks, the law and how to find local support, including for cannabis, cocaine, ketamine, MDMA, benzodiazepines, nitrous oxide, psilocybin and vapes. The service also covers peer pressure, festival safety and emergency response, and is open to anyone affected.
