Galop is the UK LGBT+ anti-abuse charity. Its National Helpline on 0800 999 5428 covers domestic abuse, sexual violence, hate crime, conversion practices, so-called honour-based abuse and forced marriage. Lines run Mon-Tue 9.15am-8pm and Wed-Fri 9.15am-4.30pm, closing 1-2pm daily. Email help@galop.org.uk, a 24/7 chatbot, live chat on Mondays and Thursdays and recovery support groups are also available. Open to LGBT+ people in the UK, their friends, family and professionals.
