Social Connection & Community · Charity · Gloucester
Place-based charity in Gloucester investing in community wellbeing and supporting grassroots projects across the city.
Gloucestershire Gateway Trust is a community development charity working with social housing estates across Gloucester and Stroud, particularly Matson and Robinswood, Podsmead, Tuffley and the Stonehouse GL10 area. The trust receives 3p of every pound of non-fuel sales at Gloucester Services and reinvests this in community projects through local charity partners. Between 2017 and 2022 they reinvested over 1 million pounds, with five-year community development grants of 20,000 pounds a year to partners thanks to their Westmorland deal.
