Great Yarmouth Borough Council Community Hub
Social Connection & Community · Public Service · Great Yarmouth
Great Yarmouth Borough Council's Community Hub team coordinating practical support, debt advice, employment and wellbeing in Great Yarmouth.
The Great Yarmouth Borough Council Community Hub gives practical support, advice and guidance through Case Workers who provide wraparound help. The Hub covers domestic abuse and exploitation, benefits, debt, employment, form filling, carers support, long term health conditions, home adaptations and assistive technology, housing conditions, social isolation and volunteering. Partners attend fortnightly collaboration meetings to discuss cases of consenting individuals, and the Hub runs two community partnerships - one for Great Yarmouth and the Northern Villages and one for Gorleston and the Southern Parishes.
