Council-run service offering emergency housing, safety planning and specialist support for domestic abuse survivors in Hackney.
Hackney Council Domestic Abuse Intervention Service supports anyone aged 16+ in Hackney or the City of London who is experiencing physical, sexual, controlling, coercive, economic, psychological or emotional abuse. The team helps with safety planning, legal and housing rights, MARAC referrals and emergency housing, and meets people in accessible locations. A 26-week perpetrator programme is offered for heterosexual relationships, with one-to-one work for others.
