Bradford healthy living charity offering social prescribing for adults and young people aged 9 to 25.
HALE is a Shipley-based healthy living project working across Bradford on healthy lifestyles, mental and sexual health. They run adult social prescribing, linking people to community activities for over 15 years, and a Young Peoples Social Prescribing Service for ages 9-19 (up to 25 for care leavers, LGBTQ+, refugees, learning disability). Help covers loneliness, anxiety, bereavement, bullying, confidence and family pressures. Referrals come from GPs, schools and youth services.
