Local distribution centre of Braintree Area Foodbank, open Mondays in Halstead for those with food vouchers.
The Halstead Distribution Centre is part of the Trussell-network Braintree Area Foodbank and operates from St Andrew's Church Hall, Parsonage Street, every Monday 10am-2pm. Three days of emergency food are provided in exchange for a voucher, which can be issued by referral partners such as Citizens Advice, Community Agents, Braintree District Council and One Support (Essex Floating Services).
