Domestic abuse refuge and community support across Stockton and Tees Valley.
Harbour has worked for over 40 years to support people affected by domestic abuse across County Durham, Darlington, Tees Valley and North Tyneside. Services include safe refuge accommodation, adult and childrens outreach, the Freedom Programme, group work, prevention programmes and sexual violence counselling. The 24-hour telephone line is available for women, men and children. The main office is at Regency House on West Row in Stockton.
