Hartlepool Foodbank is a Trussell Trust foodbank providing three days of nutritionally balanced emergency food to people in crisis. The voucher system means anyone referred by a frontline agency such as Citizens Advice, GPs or Job Centre Plus can collect a parcel. The team also signposts to debt, benefits and housing advice. Distribution centres run across Hartlepool with the main base on Church Street.
